Shipping & Returns

Shipping methods:

Our products are sent to you in one of the following ways:

For Greece:

Orders within Greece are sent by GENERAL POST courier and are delivered to you within 3-4 working days. The orders that will be placed from Monday to Friday and until 13:00 Greek time, will be executed on the same day. For orders that will be placed after 13:00 Greek time will be executed the next business day. For inaccessible areas (small villages, remote islands, etc.) this time is a little longer and you will probably need to pick up at the Post Office in your area.

For Cyprus:

Shipments abroad are made by GENERAL POST and the delivery times are within 7-10 working days for countries within the European Union.

Shipping charges

For Greece:

For orders within Greece under 60 euros, shipping costs are 3.5 euros.

For orders within Greece over 60 euros, shipping costs are free.

For Cyprus:

For orders under 200 euros, shipping costs are 15 euros.

For orders over 200 euros, shipping costs are free.

Withdrawal / Product Return or Replacement Policy

Refunds are NOT made during the sale period except for changes in size or color or exchange with another item. The product value for changes ( except color or size ) is considered the current value and not the original purchased value.

The buyer has the possibility to return the product (unjustifiably) within fourteen (14) days and our Company will return the price paid within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the product by him/her.

Necessary condition is the previous shipment of the product, at the expense of the buyer, to the eshop store of our Company at the following address: EL FILYRA SOLE SHAREHOLDER IKE, 41 Lysia str., Peristeri , PC 12132, tel. no 2102716000 and the completion of Withdrawal - Return of Products " form, which, after completing it, is obliged to send it to us either together with the product to be returned or to the e-mail address info@bellapeshop.gr within the above deadline of fourteen (14) days.

The refund of the buyer will be made within fourteen (14) days from the receipt by our Company of the product to be returned to us in the manner that they will indicate and having completed in the attached "Return Form - Return of Products » within the above deadline the statement of his/her withdrawal, otherwise our Company reserves the right to return the money to the buyer in the way it chooses.

Our Company must return only the amount paid by the buyer as a price for the purchase of the product and not the shipping or cash on delivery costs that he/she may have paid for the execution of the order and which are borne exclusively by the buyer. It is noted that any costs regarding the refund are borne solely by the buyer.

The buyer has the possibility of returning and replacing the product he/she bought at the above mentioned address of our physical store. The buyer also has the opportunity to return the product he/she bought to the above mentioned address of our physical store and request its replacement with another product of the same value as the price he has already paid or a product of a higher price if he/she wishes, within thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of the product.

Necessary conditions for the return / replacement of the product are the following:4

I. The product to be returned must be in the condition received by the buyer. In particular, the product to be returned must in no case be damaged, it must be intact, not been used at all and must have the necessary accompanying documents with which it was sent to the buyer.

 

II. The product to be returned must be accompanied by the relevant purchase documents (e.g. retail receipt, invoice, etc.)

In case the above conditions are not met, the buyer bears his own costs for the return of the product. The buyer is responsible for any damage to the product when it is returned to us.

Defective products

In the event that the return or replacement of the product is due to the existence of a defect or lack of any of its agreed properties, the shipping costs of the new product or the return of the paid price to the buyer, are borne exclusively by the Company.

The relevant provisions of the Civil Code are applicable to any issues that arise regarding the existence of defects or deficiencies in the contracted properties of the products for sale. A contract is considered to be a property when it is agreed in writing as such by both parties.
